First of all, you obsess about what i post. if I'm on ignore how do you know I don't own say a bmw X5 or an audi Q 7? then you spend time composing rants. you take yourself and this far too seriously. it's a chat board people.

if you have a personal prob with me because you feel I misconstrued our drink fine. you gotta move on. we all come here to relax and just veg. if you find my posting annoying and my style to be ocd then place me on foo and stop responding. it really is that simple. at some point you look like you have issues and you can't let go. but you make it so emotional and DRAMATIC it's drama! fighting brawling! like man. no. way stoooppppp. it's not like that not that serious.

Today I went on a treadmill for 20 min but 5 was warmup and another 5 was cooldown. Of the remainder, I did 1:30 at 1.5 mph and the rest at 1.3 mph. I was quite tired after, but paised. If anyone has an issue with this, they. May. Suck. Me.
