If you haven't spent the last three years in TCOTU and you eat at a SnS you're a lost cause.

Little Poland on 1st Avenue and like 11th or something. Or Stage on 2d and St Marks every day but Sunday.

We are getting off to a bad start if I am going to have to edit your letters.

wttw, until you establish ownership you don't call anything a TM. We may want to use it as a generic for our materials. unless you have it registered?

Thanks. Too bad neither one are in my neighborhood (which, as I am watching "The Warriors" on IFC as we speak, I was reminded is where the Baseball Furies hang out), but I will give them a try.

I'm rather meh on LA Farm (and, frankly, Stefan is a douchbag). From Studio City I'm not sure I'd recommend westside places anyway (but if so, I have a ton...). Here are a couple I can think of that would be somewhat convenient to Studio City:
Cleo in Hollywood: http://www.cleorestaurant.com
Laurel Hardware in West Hollywood (also has a sister restaurant called something like Eveleigh): http://www.laurelhardware.com
Picca in Century City/Beverly Hills (ok, this is sort of westside, but I freaking love this place): http://www.piccaperu.com
Katsu-ya Studio City (not the douchey Philippe Starck-designed concept chain, but one of his original two restaurants before he became trendy): http://www.katsu-yagroup.com/katsuya_studio_city.html
The Hungry Cat in Hollywood: http://thehungrycat.com
I'll let you know if I think of others...

Of course I have a story to back this up...
I organized a girls dinner at LA Farm one night (maybe a year ago?). There were 8 of us sitting around a round table finishing up dinner and Stefan came to sit down with us (of course). He chatted with us for about 15 minutes and in that time started hitting on one of my girlfriends. I'm not sure why she even bothered with him (the lack of any hair, including eyebrows, is rather creepy in person), but she did and by the end of the night they were kissing and he got her number. He didn't comp a thing off our bill or send over desserts or anything, which I think is tacky. She met up with him a couple of times after that, probably because of the celebrity thing, and there's no real story there. But seriously, cutting into girls night to scope out someone and not even doing anything for the table? That's not right. Right?
The food was just ok (I like good food enough not to cut the food for his douchebaggery if it had been good). And the atmosphere is very lawyers lunching (uh, no offence Gattigap). Not romantic -- sort of warehouse with white tablecloths. Although there is a cute patio off the bar area, where a (different) friend has held events somewhat regularly.

None taken. Since Stefan never hit on me, I was unaware of the douchebaggery.
