I was thinking the same thing.

Countries that history indicates we have some change of going to war with in the next 100 years that would likely respect the Geneva convention with the United States, or would have up until a few weeks ago:

Canada
Mexico
France
Germany
"The EU"

Plus smaller scale actions in the Balkens, the Baltics and parts of Central America.

Query (genuine question, really don't know): Did the Serbs respect the Geneva Convention, at least with regard to American and NATO soldiers?
