Thanks to all who responded. I bought the M3Power, Gillette's new vibrating razor Friday night (life in the fast lane). The blade is basically the same as the Sensor Excel. I don't know that the vibrating really adds anything to the functionality, but it made the shaving experience enjoyable and vaguely erotic, sort of like masturbating a nonerogenous body part.
In order to conduct a more complete product review, I was able to find a female volunteer willing to test the M3Power on a more sensitive area. I was quickly informed that my assistance wasn't needed (I tickled, apparently), so I left her alone in the bathroom with the M3Power. She finally emerged a couple of hours ago. It was a win-win situation, I guess. She got the M3Power and I got to watch the replay of Hopkins/Allen and De La Hoya/Sturm in peace.
I was initially put off by the $13 price tag*, but it's a small price to pay for the additional free time. The tv ads do not address the elephant in the bedroom, namely that the M3Power is a product for women not for men. But then again if there's an elephant in the bedroom, perhaps she doesn't need the M3Power.

Oh, shapey, I'm afraid you'll have your heart broken again. I know when you ordered the new one you got the two ply skin option, but vinyl is still vinyl, and its a fucking razor blade.
