Well for me the motivation is on a deep psychological level. For a woman to engage is girl/girl means she is honest about her desires, and doesn't just buy into what she is told is right. If she's honest with herself, I can expect she'll be honest with me, and that is the second sexiest thing.
She also is self-confident enough to explore her being. And a self-confident woman brings less baggage to our relationship.
Also, for the most part she is intelligent enough to have considered the encounter, and how she'll respond. An intelligent woman is the sexiest thing.
So, here I have the chance to hit the jackpot: honesty, self-confidence and intelligence all together, but better-times 2. I think that's what gets most guys.
