Negativland, the NorCal performance art band that got into trouble making a
recording of U2 and Casey Kasem going apeshit during a long distance dedication {.mp3} some years back. After the legal battle died down, they took it upon themselves to write manifestos about the role of copyright in derivative works in the digital age.
