I guess Baker is a Chicago firm again, but it turned into such a joke when they had all these little offices absolutely everywhere, and its reputation really suffered, so now it's kind of a different animal. I worked on a transaction against (but it was a pretty friendly, form transaction) with some Chicago Baker people once, and they were terrible. Really bad. Nice people, but clueless and not very motivated.

How big was Rudnick & Wolfe? Given that the DLA firm is something like 2000 lawyers now, it's not really much of a Chicago firm if only a few hundred were at Rudnick.
