Why can't that nose be real? I'm not saying it's not, but it seems like flawed logic to say: married to plastic surgeon = fake nose. A rich plastic surgeon isn't going to marry an above-average girl and shape her into something beautiful...actually, I can see a plastic surgeon doing just that (or trying to - I don't think it's possible)
Nevertheless, if you want plastic surgery, and Brooke's face really is fake, I suggest having Mr. Brooke Burke perform on you. She looks great.
