It's my understanding that this is a special jackpot outside what the people playing the hand actually win. I think the winner of the hand is still the winner of the hand, but the special jackpot kicks in and the money gets divided up however it gets divided up. I believe the other people who are at the table get a cut because the thought is they may or may not have contributed to the bad beat depending on how the hand played out.

Absolutely. Talking about fucking generally is fine. Sitting in a group of friends and listening to two of them talk about fucking each other is beyond annoying. Why should it be any different here?
