2. It seems like they should be able to be able to get enough buses there to take more than 2,000 people at a time, or whatever rate they were going at. And that they should be able to drop water and food and stuff more effectively.

And, even more so, that they should be communicating better with the people there -- a big complaint, and source of panic/despair, seems to be that no one is telling all the people trapped around/in the Superdome and Convention Center what is going on.

I'm about 3 - 4 hours behind on the news on this, though.
