That assumes there's an opportunity cost to their time. There's not. Unlike you with billable hours, they can't go out and play some more hoops and be paid $105k/game to do it. They're not being paid by the hour to play Playstation and roll in their Escalades either.

Well, Jermaine gives x hours to practice and y hours to doing mandated events and w hours community service/charity and then plays 100 games a year. For that he gets his 10-13 million.
Outside of that time he has free time, maybe he reads, maybe he plays with his kids maybe he plays Nintendo, but whatever he does, I'm sure the time is valuable to him. He doesn't need more money- and he probably wishes he had more free time.
The real value is what would I have to pay to get him to come to my event and talk. I'm sure taking 60 hours of his free time away would cost me quite a bit.
