The phantom toll booth

Don't get me started. It's ridiculous. And making people pay more* for not having an I-PASS has to be a violation of the Commerce Clause.

This is why I don't drive in suburban Chicago.

*sometimes 2x more if you pay in cash instead of paying by I-PASS.
