Job Description Legal Editor. Leading publisher of news and information products has an immediate opening for a Legal Editor for a daily print/electronic publication covering labor and employment law, legislation, collective bargaining, organizing, labor economics, and human resources issues. Requires JD, working knowledge of federal and state legislative, regulatory, and judicial processes and journalistic principles/techniques. Also requires experience writing on deadline in journalistic style, familiarity with labor and employment law issues, and the ability to summarize complex legal decisions in plain business English.
