Two pieces of advice.
1. If you do find out if it will be a boy or a girl, do not tell anyone who might get you or the baby a gift. People don't seem to understand that girls wear colors other than pink and boys wear colors other than baby blue.
2. Do not invite anyone (that's right,
anyone) to give you their opinion on what you will name your baby. When someone asks you if you've thought of any names, that is a disguised request for an invitation to give their opinion. Just say, "We have a few in mind but haven't yet decided." When they say, "Oh, which names do you have picked out?" say, "We have a few in mind but haven't yet decided."
