What?

They didn't have to be drunk. I did.

HUge error on his part - he should have used Bad Company - Runnin' with the Pack. Or Led Zepplin.

And I have no idea what movie y'all are talking about. But I do know the WKRP reference.

Good thing I was not too drunk or I would have acted out the whole thing, complete with Les spelling out the banner "Happy...... Thanksgiving....... from .....W......K......R......"

It was a sad moment for me. They didn't know that Herb Tarlek matched his belt to his shoes.
I get it.

ETA but I'm not getting the Flash or whatever thing y'all are talking about. So put me in with NFH on that one.

I don't know what the hell you're talking about.
I made a mistake- the fighting skeletons are from Jason and the Argonauts- the only movie really close to CotTs in coolness-
when Jason turns the bolt in the giant robot's ankle to let all the oil out- coolest moment ever.

And Loni anderson was pretty skanky- objectively, and everyone should recognize this at least once you get past 13. So what's with Burt Reynolds and the guy who cast her in WKRP?

Bode Miller to try his hand at pro baseball

OK, so this headline is misleading.

Miller has signed a one-game contract to play for the Nashua Pride of the independent CanAm League. ESPN reported that the team will donate at least $5,000 from ticket sales from that game to Miller's Turtle Ridge Foundation, which will in turn give the money to the Lance Armstrong Foundation.

In a statement released by the team, Miller said "I have just started my foundation over the last several months, and to be able to play professional baseball and have my foundation in some small way help the Lance Armstrong Foundation in its fight against cancer, it's going to be an awesome day."

I thought that by saying professional baseball, they meant "professional baseball." Where I come from, they call that semi-pro or recreational. I mean, what's the definition? If they pay you a dollar or buy you a beer, is that professional baseball?

(a) No, no, no -- it worked. The cheerleaders appreciated his highbrow taste.

(b) Flash Gordon. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080745/

edited to correct re line -- Klytus, not Titus. Not Bob regrets the error.

Oh. You meant the male cheerleaders. Because the girls could not possibly have fallen for Queen.

I think they hung like natural ginormous breasts, instead of being weirdly perky like fake ginormous breasts, such as Pam Anderson's or that woman who married the old rich guy and had the big legal battle thingy.
