What do we think of ticket pockets on suit jackets?

With that jacket, the superfluous third button would stop me.
I think the pocket looks somewhat affected, but I'm not sure it would stop me.

Sure, but I'm looking for some use, like the lift-ticket loop on my ski jacket--who has tickets any more, at least when you're wearing a suit?
Anyway, I hook over my belt or waistband, not the belt loop.
