I thought that was nice.

It's amusing this post is right after PLF's bong water post. |

And take Maddow, as well. She was amusing at first, but hanging around Olbermann, she's degraded into a boring blowhard.

No spoilers, but I actually enjoy watching Mullen. I was a huge fan of a related restaurant to his, so I have been pulling for him since the beginning.

				Lawyer Dating Sucks

I have been dating the chimney sweep for a few weeks now and it sucks.
Well, I mean, he's amazing, but that whole lawyer dating thing sucks. The only thing worse than being him right now would be working for him.

On the plus side, I have plenty of free time to dodge the ex-LMA's advances.

How do you all do it?

I love the Firefly chick as the visitor spokesperson. She gives off a lizard alien vibe. I hope she eats rodents like Diana in the original.
 | I thought the acting was spectacularly bad in the beginning, and just less bad in the last half. I will continue to watch it I guess, but begrudgingly so. I think the simple fact is that I probably would have liked it more had Battlestar 2.0 been erased from my memory. Don't know if anyone else is watching this, but the pilot of White Collar was a lot better, I thought, though not scifi.

I divorced the lawyer and married an engineer.

Problem solved.

 | The odd thing is I always thought the ex-Mr. BnB was a fireman. Must have been someone else from the old GA board. |

Re: Welcome back E/O, leagl and Fringey: no one say the name "Penske" 3 times in a ro

 congrats to Yankee fans.
now, my beef- since Walton has quit, my number one problem with sports announcers is pseudo-stats: "The Yankees always win in a year where they move into a new stadium."

The new stadiums are spaced by so long that no possible tie exists. for an announcer to make the statement with a straight face bothers me.

It happens all the time with college sports: "USC has never won in Ann Arbor." Well, okay, but they haven't played there in 25 years* so what the fuck difference does that make? Every player is gone after 4 years, and there have been 3 coaching changes for both schools over that time- it is stupid, and insults my intelligence.

I do make an exception for "the curse of the Bambino", since it recycles itself each year, or did, plus it would allot for the Lions "curse of Bobby Layne**."

 * I made this one up, but you get the idea.
** last week, against the then worst team in the league, for a good while our best offense was having our quarterback throw an interception, then tackling the interceptor in the end zone for a safety.

 | I married a lawyer. But she retired so I'm the only problem. I don't know how she does it.
