She's awfully cute, but I doubt that even the most desperate of Spanish fans is going to give her the two tickets she's looking for based on that.

Unless the second ticket is not for her sexually-inexhaustible bf, but rather for her horny twin sister or whatever. But, honestly, if it were the latter, I think Gwink would know how to get the tix for free.

Thank you!! Yeah, it's going to cost big bucks. But fun though.

Eating the kids may not fly in VA, but this is OK:

As rockalicious as your brisket truly is*, I just don't see you as a chef. The hours suck and I doubt your ticker could stand it.

*Based on my memory of trying the one that you sent to someone else over a year ago. Ahem.
I did. I spent all of college and much of high school working in restaurants, both front and back of the house. And while I could never make it through a shift today, if I'd stuck with it all those years ago, I may have never had the heart attack at 39.

Of course, I may have had one sooner, so bygones and all that.

And since my first wife invited me to become single again, I now live in an apartment and don't really have a place to smoke a brisket right now. Next time I'm in the neighborhood of my smoker, I'll try to get another one to both coasts.

Let's be precise: Freshman crew. In his Sophomore year.

My boyfriend was watching the MLS draft this morning (apparently five Akron--home of the Zips!---players went in the first nine slots), and he saw an ad for http://xlsoccertours.com/. No idea whether they're putting something together for Madrid / Barca or if a better deal is to be found elsewhere, but maybe worth looking into.

I have now learned that something is lower than watching round 7 of the NFL draft late into Sunday of draft weekend.

Geezus - Shit!!, People

I turn my back for a few minutes, and you generate pages and pages of material!

Anyway, from the last board, RT* posted the following:

Quote:
Yeah, Lexus is closely becoming one of those products that I hate simply because of the ads. Like Charmin bathroom tissue with the stupid ass bears and Subway's stupid $5 foot long song.
I had to go to all this trouble to point out that a hyphen in the highlighted phrase really would have aided the meaning in this sentence.

*Heh. I almost posted her real name -- does anyone at this point not know it?

ETA: Damn it all! I also missed the discussion about Oz -- the last tv show (other than Project Runway) that I had salient knowledge and opinions about! Crap.

Is it too late to point out that lots of dudes from Law & Order were Oz regulars? (The priest, JK Simmons, Ryan O'Reilly and of course, Elliot). Even the guy named Tobias (cannot remember his last name, but he was Elliot's lover for a while on Oz) was on a few episodes of L&O.

EATA: Zooey Deschanel is the love-interest of Buddy from Elf. ("You're not Santa! You smell of beef.")
