Really

Short bus jokes are appropriate here. I just spent 5 minutes explaining to a lawyer who has been here 6 years the difference between plaintiffs and defendants.

Man, if you don't understand the difference between $750/hr and contingent fee you've got no business being a lawyer.

To be clearer, you meant contingent fee and $400 an hour (people who defend contingent fee cases don't often get $750 an hour)

Huh? You mean because the partners get $1,100 and the huge team of associates get $500-850?

There's contingent fees and there's class action contingent fees.
