An example consistent with this is the Trump Foundation, which obviously has been run for purposes other than doing good work, and hasn't managed to do good work.
 | It's worse than that. If he wins, he'll also be dragged thru endless investigations. And possibly impeached for God knows what.

Give me a can't win hand and demand I play it? Sorry. Pass.

This is heartfelt, but not a logical basis for me or anyone else to make a decision.

I dislike them both and she's going to win my state anyway. I'm not the enemy.
 | I never said you were. My feelings about this election have nothing to do with you (sorry if my responding to Flower's post for some reason made you think I posted this here because of you -- my reasons for posting are really pretty clear in the post).

But for me and countless other women in this country, this is no joke.

 | Understood. Totally reasonable.

If it's any consolation, most of the Trumpkins seem focused more on her last name than her sex. We're ready for a woman president. She just brought a ton of baggage that made her candidacy problematic.

And she's going to win anyway. The media's just trying to create a horse race. Under the math, he's fucked.

 | I swear I could write an absurdist play about the way you respond to things that nobody ever said. I would explain my joke to you and explain how I never said whom you should vote for, but I can see that you're understandably quite sensitive from all the nerf brains attacking you here, so I'm just gonna let it go. Also, I think it's fine to end sentences with prepositions these days in order to avoid awkward constructions, but I realize this opinion is not uncontroversial.

				It doesn't matter

Signs are pointing to the end of civilization as we know it. First the Cubs, then (if) Trump, then poof your job is gone, the economy gone, your 401k is worthless, US defaults on all its bonds and all of the other countries say "Sorry fuckers, no refugees here." Se we all are hunting rabbits to eat with Rick Grimes.

Sorry. I was lazy and just fired a general reply to your joke.

But it does kind of fit. You offered a joke, and I used it to note something absurd... That I'm getting shit for not voting for Hilary. I'm not voting for Trump, but that's not good enough. People here think I have to share their alarm, and I need to vote for Hillary! WTF?

 | "We're ready for a woman, just not THIS woman." Right. We'll see how long it takes for another woman to get this far along the path if Hillary doesn't win... I can't say I agree with your analysis on this one.

But yes -- there's sexism in this as well. I just don't see near as much of that as I do Clinton hatred.

The behavior that got her and Bill where they are is the problem.

"broad-shouldered leadership"
"not presidential"
"lacks stamina"

And that's just (oft-repeated) direct quotes from Trump and Pence. The messages on shirts/hats/gun holders of Trump supporters at his rallies rise to another level entirely.
