Men do, however, face a form of sexual discrimination from other men that's rarely discussed. I've seen insecure partners hate the shit out of younger associates with, how shall we say it... more native charisma, looks, and confidence. If you're a kid of even moderately attractive appearance and some personality, and you work for the wrong kinda-soft, insecure partner early in your career, or some older partner who's feeling his virility and power ebbing, you can get fucked over pretty hard. The fragility of the male ego can't be overstated.
When I was a musician there was one manager who wouldn't manage me unless I let her suck my dick. And she was nasty.

Did Papadopoulous wear a wire this summer?

You’ve all heard of white privilege? Well that right there is “rock star privilege.”

Not only not bald. Not even gray.

(But I do wear board shorts. And now and again, I enjoy a cheeseburger in them, in southern locales.)

No. As I noted at the outset, it’s all about the cut and style. Perhaps I should have included weight of fabric.

The docker and its ilk are made of a canvass-like material. Bulky, boxy. Bad stuff.

I’m sure you have delightful, high fiber count, perfectly tailored trousers.

They are not analogous to Dockers (or any of the other ill fitting pants those Cubicle Mole KKK wannabes were wearing in Charlottesville.)

No underwear, and no socks. Except when I’m wearing a suit (socks, that is). But even then, as soon as weather allows, I switch to ankle boots.

No one should ever see socks. Ever. They’re like an exposed t-shirt at the neck, or a wife beater t-shirt under a thin shirt that exposes its outline.

I wear mocs a lot in warm weather. You ever see anybody wearing socks with mocs?* (Someone not walking off a short bus.)

This ends with that night when you reciprocated, yes?

Hell no. If I ever want to "slow down" I just think of her teeth.

BJ from someone with rotten teeth is safe. They know the teeth might break, rather than cutting dick skin, if they don’t keep them choppers out of the way.

Re: Mother, mother, mother - there's too many of you crying.

Since this recent discussion has brought forth the remnants of the Fashion Board, I propose a question for Paul Manafort, a former neighbor.

Please enlighten us, Mr. Manafort, as to how a man who has, one presumes, a complete gentlemen's wardrobe for all occasions, thereafter spends $850,000 of laundered money on men's clothing?

Think about your current closet(s). Now supplement those garments with whatever you wish. Buy nothing but the best. Fill the closet in your summer home and your urban hideaway as well. I'm still going to have about $500,000 left out of that $850,000 to supplement my liquor cabinet and my wine cellar. With something left over for my chronometer collection.

Custom made Tom Ford suits can reach $15-20k. Notice how many of Manafort's suits have wide peak lapels? That's a classic Tom Ford feature. It's come back into style recently and is made by lesser brands (I've picked up a few jackets in the style). But I'm willing to bet Manafort's are all Ford. I also read somewhere that he shopped at Bijan, where a suit could run $30k.

And his knock around wardrobe was probably custom Brioni and Kiton, which run crazy expensive.

Throw in dozens of custom shoes (John Lobb or better), boots, a bunch of Savile Row suits (anyone doing business with the Russians as much as he did is in London a lot), a couple dozen $10-20k topcoats (it's cold in Moscow), some furs for the Russian hook-- er, girlfriends, and I think you can get to the high six figures.
