What does "again" mean? They gave notice under Article 50, which provides for a two year period before effectiveness. That was two years ago.

I think any delay would require agreement by the EU, which doesn't seem certain. But just as importantly, I think a withdrawal of the Article 50 notice would need to pass parliament, and doubt she has the votes.
