Sometimes I need to wet my lips with a bit of Islay just to get my corpulence into the saddle. And then a bit more to face the hill at base of the cul de sac at the end of my driveway. A little nip as a reward at the top of the hill, and I’m usually ready to turn around and wheel my enormous soft pasty thighs back down the hill to the driveway. But I think I’m just a few sets of bicep curls away from the perfect dad bod.
