Rowing machines were a great workout but I kept pulling chest muscles, although I suppose with Sarno that wouldn’t be an issue?

Rowing, maybe I am doing it wrong but my heart rate goes to like 90 when I do it.

I'm the Joker in the Pack

 To quote the Adicts:
 "Oh my boots they shine
 And my bowler looks fine
 Take some time and care
Take a look at my hair
Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, I'm a joker in the pack."

Just went to all-day Punk festival with LessinSF. I already spoke to Thump, but Ollie and Sebastian, should they re-do this next year, your asses are on a plane. And anyone else who wants to mosh in their 50's.

And now to the point, politics are heating up.

Remember Dante's inferno and all the stages of Hell?

 I'm back. :-)

 | In. Was this the show where Jello sang Police Truck (with Agent Orange, I think?)? Never thought I'd see him doing a DK song again...

And he did California with Dillinger. And our crew missed both, deliberately moving betwixt and between stages.

Still, best damn festival I've ever been to. |

[Meaning I'd make fun of you and call you a pussy, and then you'd call me an asshole and a drunk Trump dick, but the problem now is that we know each other way too well and I'm rather more looking forward to the two of us grabbing lunch.

Slave's endorsement may make him reconsider.

Me: *reading this post* Do you know who Jello is?
G: I worked with him.
Me: I forget you worked with everyone.... DK? oh, Dead Kennedys.
G: Yep.

Related unrelated, Ray Cappo of Youth of Today is now a Bhakti yoga instructor. He still goes on tour occasionally in punk, but he's more likely to be leading a retreat to India as Raghunath. A few years ago, our local studio brought him down to lead some workshops, and he and my husband hit it off immensely. Graham was probably the only person in the room who had heard Youth of Today back in the 80s, much less been heavily into the American Hardcore scene. A few years after that Raghunath was one of Graham's teachers for his advance teacher training certificate. They catch up via social media a lot. Man is a hell of a yogi.

And now look at me!!!

Ollie played drums for the Ramones for 2 shows, didn't explode like the guys from Spinal Tap, and somehow still became a Partner somewhere. Better yet, if you can find a T-Shirt on Ebay with the Ramones "Johnny, Joey, Dee Dee and Ollie", its worth a bag.

I've also heard some other poster was a musician. I'm guessing ABBAMuffin. |
