Harris is candidate is my guess. Her chances? Even money. I don't buy these Trump favorable polls. He won by freak luck in 2016. I cannot see how he's dominant eight years later, particularly up against the Democratic Party's ground game and mail in voting.

It doesn't seem like Biden wants to step down.
If he does, it's got to be Harris, because she is the VP and because her supporters in the Democratic Party -- who are key constituencies -- would feel betrayed, legitimately, if anyone else were elevated above her.
