If you want to throw out ways an Asian girl could be Str8's Jewish wife, you do not need to drift so far afiels as conversion.
Your easier hypo would be the girl had a Jewish mom and Asian dad. We'd be left to doubt the liklihood based upon average genital sizes, but couldn't eliminate the possibility.
As I say however, for reason beyond her ethnicity, she is not Jewish. I am comfortable of that.
