Corporate and Securities Associate: 2-4 years experience
We seek candidates with transactional experience with a major law firm that are highly motivated to assume a central role in securities and M&A transactions. Securities law experience is essential. Candidates must have excellent academic records from top tier schools as well as excellent writing and communication skills.
