Don't know, but drink that shit. White Star's the best $60 bottle selling at $35 on the market. I love that stuff.

Beats Veuve Clicquot and the low level Pierre Jouet, IMO.

So be it. We will drink it on Turkey Day.

I have nothing to say about bloody maries right about now.. The concept sounds a bit gross after a bottle or so of champagne.

Of course it does. The bloody mary is a morning cocktail. Would Atticus wear his morning tailcoat after nightfall? I think not. How gross.

Roederer Estates makes a damn fine bubbly. I like the 2002 L'Ermitage, especially.

We should plan a Lawtalkers Champagne tasting. (With hope and luck and maybe a touch of grace, there will be something in particular to celebrate, and someone in particular to celebrate with, in the not too distant future.)

What?!? Is this the same little frat boy who used to mock anyone who drank beer from a foreign country? The same guy who swore he would never be caught dead drinking anything other than Miller products out of a keg? The same guy whose idea of healthy eating was getting a frozen pizza with peppers on it? Now he is enjoying high end sparkling wines and planning a cozy holiday feast with his family???

Fatboy Slim is fucking in heaven, indeed.

The new, sophisticated Coltrane is the very definition of patience and restraint.

I really like this idea. Almost as much as I like the sentiment behind it.

And I'll buy the first round.

2. 2. 2. I was reading the food board last night looking for Thanksgiving ideas, and I really felt her absence after that trip down memory lane.
