Right. Before bullying, no teen had ever assaulted another. And this angst-derived suicide thing? You never heard of that happening in, say, Shakespeare's time.

When I was back there in seminary-- I mean, law, school...

No need for new legislation. Just enforcement.
By all means... More laws replacing social strictures. Because nothing's better for society than more litigation, and teaching more of us not to do what we ought to, but to instead ensure our behavior falls within the black letter of statutes.

But just to be safe, let's use really loose statutes that prosecutors can easily expand to criminalize the behavior of whatever target they're attacking. This approach had delightful results in US v. Aaron Schwartz.

I'm with you, Sacco. I assume Vanzetti's cool with this as well?

Directions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring 1 1/3 cups water to a boil. Add rice, and stir. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl, mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Blend the mixture into the rice.

2. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). On a medium baking sheet, heat nori in the preheated oven 1 to 2 minutes, until warm.

3. Center one sheet nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Wet your hands. Using your hands, spread a thin layer of rice on the sheet of nori, and press into a thin layer. Arrange 1/4 of the avocado and tuna in a line down the center of the rice. Lift the end of the mat, and gently roll it over the ingredients, pressing gently. Roll it forward to make a complete roll. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

4. Cut each roll into 4 to 6 slices using a wet, sharp knife.

In Japan, an itamae spends hundreds of years learning how to prepare the rice for sushi, and you reduce it to five sentences, one of which is "Add rice, and stir"??? On behalf of Hank, I challenge you to a duel.

On behalf of me, Ty@50 accepts.*

I assume Adder will be fighting on your behalf. Lawn darts, or Chinese stars?

On the old board, I was Triumph The Insult Comic Dog. Every single post was the same.

"No, no. I see what you mean. That was an excellent point...for me to poop on!"

Needless to say, it was a short-lived sock and I think the great cornholio actually asked me to cut it out. Of course, I said, "Ok. Sure I will. I get it. You make a good point..."

I did not think I'd run across a good article on bullying while reading a fantasy football advice column. But I did.

I actually wasn't Ty@50. I always assumed it was Hank.

I've never been a sock.

Except Not Me. That was me.

Except it wasn't.
