I hope you listened to Frank's rebuttal of the whole conservative whine about him and housing; one thing you'll always get with Barney is an intelligent debate, even if he has to do all the talking to make it so.

Barney wrote legislation - a lot of it and working with almost any cosponsors of any party. He wasn't afraid of compromise, and he did not sit on the sidelines whining endlessly, which is all Boehner's babies are doing.

In fairness, this is one of those occasions, like Santorum, or Bachmann, where a politician has said so many shockingly stupid things, that even though flagging Congressmen for stupidity is like handing out speeding tickets at NASCAR events, a unique level of idiocy should be noted. Along with the irony in her running a financial oversight committee.

But if you wish to defend her financial shrewdness by noting she was smart enough to arm twist a few banks to help her husband financially (look it up) while avoiding ethical sanction, I'll hear your case.

How come when Iceland tanked and caused our economy to fail it was W's fault, but the entire continent failing has nothing to do with BHO? Also, call it co-incidence, but has the state of the world turned more unfavorably against us and our friends under any other President since Carter? i think not, but again we seem to give him a pass.

Not to mention last week when I went to pick up Ironweed to go to lunch I read in one of his occupy handbills that his kids must use for toys that Obama has enlisted local police to pepper spray the occupiers as he and the other politicians are afraid of the movement's cutting truth. What's even more "Wow" is that this story is getting next to zero traction in the general media. It's astonishing.
