What I hope they'll think is that they were foolish to get all wound up on predictions of the exact time and date of something the Bible pretty clearly says we won't know in advance. And then that they'll actually spend their time looking in the Bible for how God wants Christians to live rather than looking for little clues as to when final judgment will come.

I don't know what the overall political cost will be. I do know that I can't see any of the Jews that I know well switching their vote because of this issue. Granted, most of them are non-practicing, and it's obviously both a relatively small and highly biased sample, but still.

I should have asked the guy in the rainbow yamulka at the anti-marriage amendment rally yesterday for a more observant view.

read what I wrote. what he is doing is wrong as the Palis have no interest in peace, but I have never said he should make decisions based upon donors. I meremly said his decision to sell out Israel may cost him the elcection. then adder questioned why that is.

other than this i mainly agree with Obama's decision on terror- keep the Bush course.

If there's going to be a two-state solution, what do you use as a starting (starting!) point other than the 1967 borders? I understand no one is actually supposed to say it out loud, but so what? It's been accepted by rational people as the place to start for years.

He did get a lot of money from the financial services sector, and some of those people are Jews, so maybe that's what Hank means.

Of course the money from that sector has allegedly already shifted course for other reasons. Mostly because they begrudge Obama helping to save the job of the guy in the next cubicle (what, me? no, bailouts didn't save my job, I'm still here because of hard work and talent).
