Yes. I still don't understand where you think that money is going. You're telling a Just-So Story that explains why the government is less efficient than business. Fine: I agree with the point, more or less. But in the current economic circumstances, businesses aren't investing, and there's no reason to think government spending is displacing private spending. That's why we need stimulus. If the government is spending that money, it's going into the economy.
