Depending upon jurisdiction, contamination of the business property. Say, a hotel or airline that loses BI due to increased cleaning of contaminated rooms and planes. The "physical damage" being the deposit of coronavirus on BPP. That, of course, may invoke pollution exclusions. But, if coverage is triggered, the burden of proof will move to the insurer, and extensions of coverage, such as "civil authority" will come into play.

Edit: At least two DJs have already been filed - by a Louisiana restaurant, and two Oklahoma tribes (casino loss).
