I haven't any first hand observations (or pie charts), but I'm reasonably certain that Hank agitates Ty with other parts of his anatomy.

You haven't heard that the Rs plan on reading the Constitution out loud at the beginning of the session? Really?

To be clear, I think that this is a jackassian stunt. Form for substance, right; but business as usual.
That said, from a risk analysis standpoint, what's the worse that could happen....they lose that single digit percentage of the African American vote that they currently get?

I'm just hoping Scalia's constitutional seminar for the tea-partiers has a Q&A session that gets taped. I'm looking forward to that one.

especially with the puff piece this weekend with the black R rep from Fla (?) in the NYT (?)
maybe they can eliminate the portions of the constitution the amendments took out?

Nah. I'm having a hard time caring much about this particular gimmick, though I also don't see how Fox can make reading the document anything approaching interesting television.
If they produce it like a VH1 Pop-Up Video with silly captions it might work, though.
