That doesn't even make sense -- how could the government have the power to force someone to buy insurance that wouldn't cover the treatment being sought. Unless they would also have the power to force insurance companies to pay for a pre-existing condition of someone who is only buying the insurance because of the need treatment for the pre-existing condition and can't afford it.

the only "pre-existing condition" that matters is the unconstitutional provisions in the health care law, and they're going to get some treatment all right, and right across the street from where they first infected the body politic.
