Sorry to hear that your progress seems to be slowing. I was thinking about you Tuesday night. It doesnt seem possible that it has been four years.
 | Every four years, a presidential election will be quite the reminder. Probably for lots of people.

I realize this is not snarky, but I am looking for ideas for gifts for a male sophomore in HS (porn or similar would not be appropriate, though possibly appreciated) and another male about 4 years younger (so might not even want porn or similar). They are both scary smart.

I am pretty sure lunch with Hank is out of your price range, though.

I just realized "Summer Olympics" is Northern-centric. Southern Hemisphere athletes are competing outside their natural cycles. Has any truly great Olympian come from a true Southern country (not equatorial)?

I think at that elite level, they have competitions throughout the year and these days many of them train elsewhere so it's not a geographic/natural cycle issue. |

 | There's also not a whole lot of non-equitorial southern hemisphere countries. Not sure where you set the line, but you have southern Pacific, southern Africa, and some portion of South America. Not a lot of wealth there to begin with in many of those places that would support training, and not massive populations.
