Really, I'm not, but I will take that as a compliment (of sorts).

He's not a sock. Neither is Miss Maine.

Sorry I'm late, but I've had other priorities this week. I'm essentially reloading my 2009 picks with two castoffs from 2008. I've got a good feeling about 2010.

Ok -- 19 players. Jack risks the dreaded asterisk by his name should he win the title this year. I'm adding his list to the end of my original post.

Uhm, wrong pop cultural reference. I was channeling Jeffrey Jones' Emperor Josef II from Amadeus, which is in my head due to my annual New Year's day viewing of the same.
OTOH, thanks for putting Tag Team in my head. Fwiw, fyi, I am now on my desk with my hands in the air, shaking my derriere. Party person, indeed!

I love you like a sister, but this is a mod function I could do without. Disproving that one is Penske is a sort of Turing Test for posters. This kind of deus ex machina takes all of the sport out of it.
If I'm overruled, so be it, but I thought I would throw this out there.

I didn't go behind the admin curtain to make my assertion that they're not!penske. Both of them have been around forever, but they don't talk much. learnedmano has been doing the deathpool for three years and Miss Maine for at least two. (I used powers that every single poster on this board has to ascertain those two facts.) Miss Maine used to be more active a few years back, and learnedmano ocassionally pops up from time to time. Neither post with a penske-esque flair.

Hmmm. I'm on the flip side of this than Atticus. If you didn't use your super powers to say they're not socks, then I'm going back to regarding them with vague suspicion. With as few posts as they each have, it would be easy to sock.

I have my suspicions about the Miss Maine sock, and who it is.

Miss Maine and I have conversed off board, including requesting my travel links, a task for which it would be odd to use a sock.
