In an analogous context, any decent lawyer provides in an employment agreement that if an employee resigns, but the employer later finds out that cause existed, the for cause termination provisions apply.

So I'm on board with GGG, fuck the Teachers' Unions and the idiot government officials that negotiated the deal and picked stupid fucking lawyers just because they contributed to the campaign. |

 | Fuck the lawyers, too. You and Hank, get down.

But, really, most of all, fuck this guy. Complain about the system and the players in it all you want, but this guy just really has earned a spot in any hell they can find for him.

But if your pay comes from tax dollars the your vested pension benefits are forfeit when you quit or get fired? I see how that would be satisfying here, but how does that make sense as a general rule? |

 | Obviously, criminals ought to forfeit all their assets to the sovereign. As everyone in 16th century England knew, all personal assets are only held at the sufference of the sovereign anyways.

I'm on board with this. And I think its high time US Attorneys everywhere refocused their efforts to maximize forfeitures.

				It's Science.

Since the Daily Mail is apparently the go-to paper on scientific issues like climate change, I assume that we'll all be able to agree on the findings of this featured study in today's edition. My condolences to all you idiots. |

i didn't read Club's article, but a teacher got in trouble for giving kids semen to drink? It's California, maybe he was just trying to toughen them up for the reality TV industry?
