In a similar vein, the vote yes to ban gay marriage lit that's circulating says that in states that have adopted gay marriage, religious organizations have lost their state tax exemptions. And, of course, the Catholic Church and others have been "forced" to end their adoption programs. And children will be taught about gay marriage in school.

I hadn't thought about history class, but I don't think people are particularly concerned about their 14 year old learning that the change in law happened, but rather that their younger kids might "learn" that gays can marry.
