There was a quote referencing body mass index, so I took it to be defined as BMI>25, but that's an assumption.

Is the second sentence really necessary? Would you (or bnb) actually file a police report in such a case? If you wouldn't do it, don't threaten to do it. It's much more obnoxious than the situation warrants. Sounds like the former nanny is lazy, not larcenous. |

If I hadn't given up at this point, but were still wanting my stuff back enough to post about it on a lawyers chat board, I would file a police report (not just threaten). If she's not going to give up, what else is she supposed to do? Go OJ, and hire a SWAT team to DIY the recovery?
