I never know who can see what photos because some of my friends make theirs private to only their friends. Which is my long and confusing way of saying that I asked my sister if she knew the locale where a certain picture of me on fb was taken and she told me that she couldn't see the picture, even when I shared it with her. It is unclear how much of the issue is user error on my sister's end (she says she can't see it even now when it is a profile picture of mine) however.
