What's good firm-wide product? Multiple post-it notes have become too much for my firm.

I do not understand how the refs watched him do that (live and on replay) and then decided not to give him a flagrant. Absolutely ridiculous.
I guess justice was served when Rose muffed Rondo's weak ass jumper to all but end the game.

I don't even like the NBA and this series has been unbelievable.
Didn't Rondo get a flagrant for throwing Hinrich?
Have I told the board that I saw Hinrich a few years ago at a bar with a girl I had previously made out with in the bathroom of another bar? He does not look like an NBA basketball player IRL.

You think maybe he cut off his leg to make weight?

Your last line suggests a level of animus (or maybe just snarkiness) that isn't really warranted.
Wrestling and MMA have different rules. I had no problem with Maynard wrestling, which I read about some time ago. I was pretty much in awe of his tenacity and talent. And plainly he had incredible strength for his weight, partly because the lower half of the arms and legs are relatively weak, non-muscular parts of the body. (Except on Hank, who is 6'9" and covered with muscle everywhere.)
But I don't think that his disability, combined with the rules of wrestling, meant that entire categories of technique could not be used by his opponents. I also don't think that his disability, combined with the rules of wrestling, meant that something refs often do to get the action going -- stand fighters up -- could not actually be done in a fight where he was competing.
I realize that my views of MMA rules and how the relate to Maynard does not account for your personal high school wrestling experiences.

Hard to tell. I was watching in a bar, so I couldn't hear. But it looked like they assessed technicals to both players, which was ridiculous, given the cheap shot Rondo gave to Hinrich.

According to the internets, Rondo did get a flagrant.
The sloppy seconds incident must have been around 2004 b/c we were telling him that he should be on the Olympic team, which sounds crazy now.

Paging Mr. Man
At what point do you tell Favre to suck it? When he actually shows up to Lambeau wearing purple? Or when Green Bay actually pays him the $20,000,000 to stay fucking retired? What an asshole.
"Did Favre hire personal trainer?
Latest buzz is that new free-agent QB Brett Favre has hired a personal trainer at home in Mississippi. It will be surprising if Favre isn't with the Vikings in training camp. Why did Favre now want to get released from the Jets? Favre's sudden arrival on the market makes you wonder if that's the reason the Vikings haven't spent much on free agency this year. Maybe they knew something. There could be two motives: wanting to play for the Vikings, who have wanted him for a year, and a $20 million pot of gold. The $20 million isn't a new playing contract. The Vikings probably could sign Favre for about $7 million for the coming season, with about $3 million more available in performance bonuses, such as winning the Super Bowl. The $20 million, remember, is what the Packers, for whom Favre played 16 seasons, offered Favre nearly a year ago to retire from Green Bay. The 10-year marketing deal would have made Favre an ambassador for the franchise. Now that the future hall of famer has been released by the Jets, Favre could have new leverage: Give me the $20 million and I'll stay retired. If not, I'll sign with the Vikings and make life miserable for the Packers. (St. Paul Pioneer Press)"

No, the comment was directed at the absurd lengths people would go to to pull weight back before they put restrictions on it. High school and collegiate wrestling is huge in Oklahoma, where I grew up, and people would cut ridculous amounts of weight by any means necessary. My natural weight my junior year was around 135, and I routinely wrestled at 123, which wasn't all that difficult. I once wrestled at either 112 or 108, though, and that was extremely difficult.

Favre can suck it right now. I am particularly disappointed about it because I received the Favre retrospective as a Nondenominational Holiday present and I received the 1997 official Packers gold coin from the Super Bowl from my Moms just yesterday (not sure where the heck that thing came from - hopefully not the Franklin Mint).
Reading your message, I did get an evil thought of seeing a Favre/Vikings team come to Lambeau and have him chuck a few INTs to the spleen-less Al Harris. I would definitely be at that game.
I never pictured him such an attention hound. The word I get from home is that now that Rodgers looks like the (or "a") real deal, the patience for Favre's weirdness is sooo 2006-2008.

Wtf?
So I see this on CNBC:
"For the banks, defying the administration was never a serious option, according to people close to the talks with lenders, who asked not to be identified because they had signed confidentiality agreements."
So CNBC now is actually reporting that people are more than willing to violate their confidentiality agreements as long as they don't get caught. At least previously the violations occurred on the golf course or while harassing some woman in Midtown after a few martinis.
Nice. This crap is exactly why I have had to become the "information czar" of the company.
