Lamest k race win ever

The information I am getting so far . . . FYI, the "Madrid Derby" is Real v. Atletico, so prices will be even higher for Barcelona. The stadium tour idea might be a good one, though.

Anyone have any experience or recommendations regarding how to go about getting tickets for El Clasico? A friend of mine is heading over there for the 17 April match (in Madrid), and while she's willing to pay for the privilege she just wants to be sure she's dealing with a person / agency that won't sell her fakes.

Edited to add: she's been to the RM website and says the website only offers tickets for the next few games, and she wants to get something locked in before the game sells out . . . Anyone?

Yup, you've no chance of getting tickets other than through a tout or agency. Best thing to do is usually head down and do the stadium tour or something the day before and you'll have folk hanging around selling tickets. Agencies will usually be more expensive for no more of a guarantee, they're just a tout with a logo and an office.

Went to the one at the Nou Camp a few years ago. Just hit the stadium with some cash. Wads of it.

EDIT: Actually bought tickets for the Madrid derby outside the Bernabeu maybe 2 years ago and got a ticket for about €80 which was much less than I expected so don't jump in with the first offer obviously.

Just showing up at the stadium in her cuteness would probably get bunches of Spanish/Catalan guys offering her tickets at face value or less so she'd sit by them.

Does Enterprise rental cars ever give you a full tank of gas? It's no fun filling up just before a return, but it's even worse that you have to figure out how much gas you've used and put in just that amount, or give a company too cheap to fill up in advance some extra gas.

Yes, I know they're a discount rental place, and I get what my insurance pays for.

I hate those fuckers. A few times I have needed to rent locally for business and because they oversold they say "Fuck you, Gumby."

And generally they will either have cars that are way shittier than you rented or way nicer. Like you rent a Camry and get a Daewoo or you rent a Pontiac and get an Escalade.
