If you believe so, then put $$$ Romney winning in November. It will be a 5-8% win for him if the supremes don't kill it. The senate will be 60 R's. And it will be dead by March that way.

Is there a single person in the country who would vote for Obama if the Court strikes HCR down but will vote for Romney if they don't?

Barring a double dip, Obama will win. It is that simple. I will take all bets.

More interesting is whether Mitt will choose an asshole as his running mate:

Marco Rubio 11/4
Chris Christie 9/2
Bob McDonnell 10/1
Rick Santorum 11/1
Paul Ryan 14/1
Bobby Jindal 25/1
Jon Huntsman 20/1
Newt Gingrich 25/1
Mitt Romney 25/1
Tim Pawlenty 25/1
Condoleezza Rice 25/1
Ron Paul 50/1
Rick Perry 50/1
Michele Bachmann 80/1

He will pick one of the following or someone not on the above list:

Rubio
Ryan
Pawlenty
Daniels
Christie

Demographically, he'd be a fool not to pick Rubio.

So you'd have Rubio step down and leave an open Senate Seat?

Huh?

Why would he do that? Why would he be expected to?
