"There is new information." You mean, that the FBI is full of Trump fans with so little regard for their government service that they are using their office to further their own political preferences? The Foundation has been heavily, heavily investigated, and no one has come up with anything. Any. Thing.
For some reason, the Clintons operate under special media rules where people -- reporters, editors -- cast away skepticism and presume the worse. You have soaked it up. What's the scandal? The Clinton Foundation raises a lot of money and spends it on treating AIDS in the Third World. (Compare that to whatever W has done since he left the White House -- doesn't Bill look a little better? They are fine watercolors, though.) Lots of people have spent lots of time looking into the notion that, as Secretary of State, HRC did something to favor donors. No one has found anything. It's not like there is a huge secret about what she did as Secretary of State, between the press coverage and FOIA. It's not like her emails, and her staffs, haven't been leaked exhaustively. And still, nothing.
But you say there's new information. There's a sucker born every minute too.

If he wins, a GOP Congress is not going to spend time investigating him. I don't disagree that he might get impeached, but it's only because he is so very reckless and self-serving, and because I can imagine Republicans wanting to get rid of him before 2020.

Actually, unwritten you have to be under 50, unless you just have dough and want to retire.

It is amazing to me that after 20 years of evidence with no evidence and a lot of hype, people still believe every new bit of hype suggesting that maybe - maybe - there might be enough evidence to "indict".
Remember, we're all lawyers here, we know it's possible to indict a ham sammich. And in 20 years they haven't found enough.
Before anyone goes but...but....but... what about the russian uraniam, or Vince Foster's nanny.... please check those 100+ entries on Snopes disabusing people.

After all the discussion we've had you're still buying this type of crap??
And I really don't care who you vote for, but "I don't care because me and mine will be insulated from the damage" is a trash opinion.

What is the action or inaction in relation to voting that makes me a selfish ass?

She's still going to kill it in PA. People forget about Pittsburgh. And Philly proper is less important than the counties around it which are all traditional moderate Republicans voting for HRC.
I think he loses PA by 7 points.
