Maybe, because perception will affect donations after those early meaningless (delegate-wise), primaries, but white rural middle class voters are not the Dem primary prize (although they will be in November). The prize is California on March 3rd.. And that is progressives, Latinos, and millennials.

Reason 246397343 to get rid of primaries.
(Recall when that "witch" O'Donnell beat Castle in DE primary? The normal Republicans around Wilmington voted for Castle. Then the votes for Slower Delaware - an absolute rat's asshole save the beach towns - were counted. That's the crazy you get in primaries.)

But even if that's not the situation, for us, sure, renting it makes perfect sense. But if you have a $30 million dollar apartment, getting $10k a month for it probably seems ridiculous. Hell, I know people who won't rent out places they use for a weekend once a year and they're only kinda rich.

Besides, if you suddenly need to get out of Dodge and use your carefully planned soft landing, you want to be able to show up and walk in the door of any place you decide to go, whether in the US, Australia, Canada, or England.
Look at it this way - lots of people keep a few different safe deposit boxes for some valuables and a few legal papers. These folks just use $30M apartments as safe deposit boxes, and part of the value they're holding is the box itself.

It's the first year California has been early enough to matter, but California is also less than a third of the delegates chosen March 3. There are many more delegates that day out of the South (Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, North and South Carolina, and Virginia all vote then).
Now, the south is going to have more African American voters in the Democratic primary than white rural voters, but it's a pretty diverse mega-primary day. And it will take a lot of money to buy media for that day.

So three workouts four times a week (Sunday to Sunday), means twelve workouts a week, which means he's working out almost twice a day when he works out four times a week.
That's too much.

2. The endorphin rush isn’t a plus but an addiction/anti-depressant.

The more I think about Biden, the more I worry- Trump's biggest negative is he's a hateful racist, who has very clear mental issues. Biden "debating" Trump may devolve into them yelling at each other- so now Biden is the non-racist with mental issues. I'd like a saner candidate in 2020, please?
We should remember the perfect storm that brought us Trump- it isn't going that way this time

If you think the excitement and numbers are on the progressive side, you're watching too much TV.
The progressive excitement and Trump rallies are all in states that are predictably blue or red. Or course you'll see lots of excitement there. The media loves colorful soundbites. The Squad and Trump rallies are ratings and clickbait gold.
The deciding crowd this time around looks like the same crowd it was in 2016 - Economic Populists. That's Bernie, Warren, Trump, and (falsely) Biden.
Trump already has the bigots locked down. I'd say that's half of his 35-40% voting coalition. He needs to grab the economic populists again. Bernie, Warren, and Biden can peel off a lot of those.
I hear a lot of pundits say the Democrats are making a mistake by focusing on single payer and immigration -- that Trump is leading them into a trap. That's true (although I think they may be leading themselves there). Those are not winning issues for Democrats within the Electoral College map. But Trump is also trapping himself. By slugging it out with Democrats in that swamp, he's wasting his own time and energy. All he's doing is preaching messages to his base. What he needs to be doing is focusing on economic messages in the Blue Wall.

I see exactly the reverse. I see Warren as the smart, authentic populist. Watch her speak in small groups. She knows how to connect. All this stuff about her being a finger wagging, annoying sort is bullshit. She's a female Bernie who, unlike Bernie, actually knows economics. And what it's like to struggle.
I'm not going to change your mind, and I don't expect to. But I do think many in the Democratic Party are making a huge error in deeming her unelectable. At a minimum, she ought to be in the VP slot with Biden.
