For years at certain time I have sometimes ordered a vegetable burger with actual cheese and actual bacon. I generally have only ordered them when otherwise feeling like I've been eating to heavy.

Impossible Burger tastes like meat and has that texture! But it also left me as bloated as if I'd eaten a real burger- so what is the point of eating them?
Good question. I thought it might be environmental (lowering of methane output from cows), but someone told me that they're just as bad for the environment. So, I guess just not killing animals for food?

I had one at a place in Cali awhile back. It was excellent. We were supposed to get the at The Elgin, but Burger King fucked up the market for everyone. Still haven't tried the Beyond Burger we carry. The alternatives are too good.

Can't speak to the bloat.
