Mint liquer? That is spelled wrong. Anyway, like Coitreau and Triole Sec are orange, but mint. I can't remember.

NO. I think peppermint schnapps has a higher alcohol content and creme de menthe is sweeter so it would change how the recipe tastes.
For baking, generally you want the creme de menthe not peppermint schnapps. |
