You should check it out. If there's a better advertisement for the use of intelligence tests to determine who is allowed to vote, I haven't seen it. Seriously, take a look. It comes off like parody.

It also gives less-extreme Rs some bs cover for not excoriating Rush/Malkin/whoever when they say something egregiously stupid. It's something they'd want to create if it didn't exist on it's own.
