 so, just IQ wise we took a step down. but now it seems like Peters might well lose to a guy with a long polish name who seems perhaps dumber than Peters and is a TP guy to boot.

 |  Congressional districting blows for everyone involved except the incumbents.  In my world, this is how it would work: Every time there's redistricting, everyone can submit a redistricting plan for a given state.  The one that's picked meets these mathematical criteria: The population of every district in the state is no more than 1% more than the population of any other district in the state, and the total length of the borders of the districts are the shortest of any plan submitted.
